FSQ1964

The FSQ1964 is a very useful tool when mixing your songs. It is capable of giving them a true sound, sharpness and boldness — simply everything modern records should have: boldness, sweet jingly high frequencies, analog colors, crystal and transparent transients, all in a few seconds.

FSQ1964 is not a classic enhancer. This little machine joins two quality transient emphasizers — Module 1 and Module 2. They can emphasize even the most muffled transients and make them sharp like a 32-carat diamond. To achieve maximum quality with minimum unwanted artifacts, the sound is processed via a doubled oversampling algorithm.

FSQ1964 also features two vacuum tube modules to emphasize high frequencies. You can set and emphasize two different high frequencies independently, and edit their profiles with parameters like tube harmonics, frequency, bandwidth and boost. Module 1 affects more transients than trebles, while Module 2 affects more trebles but also the transients.
