About G-Sonique

Digital instruments from Piešťany, Slovak Republic (EU) — producing quality virtual instruments, effects and sample sets since 2007.

The people behind G-Sonique

G-Sonique is not a faceless software house. Every plug-in is made by producers who have been making, mixing and coding electronic music for more than twenty years.

Code, shop & support

Lukáš has been running G-Sonique since its first day in 2007. He made his first music on an Amiga 500 in the late 1990s, in the legendary ProTracker, and went on to produce, DJ and organise some of the first rave parties in the local forests. A computer geek from the early days of the web, he opened his first internet café more than 25 years ago. Today he looks after the code architecture, the shop and this website, and he is usually the one answering your e-mails.

DSP & sound design

Marián has been producing electronic music since 1999 — back then in Fasttracker and ReBirth — and started writing his own DSP algorithms because the software of the day could not match the hardware he could not afford. An electrical engineer by training, he designs the signal processing behind G-Sonique plug-ins and has developed for Acoustica Inc. (the makers of Mixcraft). Since 2008 he has also run his own mix & mastering studio here in Piešťany.

Our story

G-Sonique digital instruments is a company located in the town of Piešťany in the Slovak Republic (EU), which produces quality virtual electronic music instruments, effects and sample sets for electronic musicians. The company was founded in 2007.

Our focus is creating high-quality progressive music instruments and effects, designed to break through barriers and help you push your musical envelope. Our software boasts exceptionally friendly user interfaces that give everyone the ability to create a really professional sound. We do this by designing our audio plug-ins to emulate the modern, precise sound qualities usually found only on top DSP chip-based hardware — and by software re-creation of vintage machines, to simulate the charisma and warm, organic sound of original “Class A” analog gear.

G-Sonique is not a large company; it is a partnership of people who see audio post-production as a joy. It’s full-time work, though — we put a lot of time and effort into the development of our products so that we can bring something new to the electronic music scene.

Because we are musicians ourselves, we offer our software at the lowest possible price to make sure you are all able to use the full versions of our products legally. Instead of installing cracked or warez software, we kindly ask you to buy the legal versions and support future development.

We wish you good luck and funky times, and hope you enjoy composing music with G-Sonique products.
