FM WAVE XR7 is a new synthesizer that moves classic FM synthesis to a brand new level. Imagine the possibility to draw your own waveforms in real time, import computer-generated waveforms, edit and save them, modulate all waveforms' pitch and amplitude with multistage free-shaping envelopes and much more. This brings you thousands of new sounds and possibilities.

FM WAVE XR7 allows you to create anything from vintage-sounding classic FM sounds and classic virtual analog synthesizer sounds, to totally futuristic modern sci-fi sounds for movies and video games, FX, and innovative psytrance / hitech / darkpsy effects and synth sounds.

Sounds can be filtered via 2 serially connected filters: a vintage analog low-pass filter for a creamy, fat and liquid sound, plus 8 filters modeled after real DSP chips. Additionally, sounds can be processed with the D-Monizer (a new concept of synth sound effect) and a custom adjustable waveshaper with 3 parameters.

FM WAVE XR7 comes with 87 pre-designed presets: BASS (classic FM bass), FX, Leads (modern and classic vintage FM leads and keys), Psy (psytrance, darkpsy, hitech, proggy FX, short synths, pads, special effects, leads), Retro (classic retro FM vintage sounds, keys, leads) and Sci-fi (retro vintage to modern sounds, keys and FX for movie / video-game music).
