After the big success of Pultronic EQ-110P, a few years later we noticed there was still something missing. While EQ-110P was perfect for adding deep analog bass and treble color to your mixes, we felt you still needed a tool that can add unique vintage color to your mid-range. So we opened our analog laboratory again, and after precise development, the new mid-range Pultronic EQ-50M is here.

If you need to add some more presence / analog color to mid frequencies, or you think your tracks still sound empty, it is the right time to choose one of 6 mid-range vacuum tubes. One known benefit of analog equalizers compared to sterile digital EQs is that you can make some frequencies more "visible" in the mix with just a few dB of boost — you can achieve the same psychoacoustic result as 2 dB of digital EQ by boosting only 0.5 dB with an analog EQ, thanks to more color, saturation and harmonics. This is a perfect feature if your mixes are almost peaking at 0 dB but still have an empty mid sound.

• Dip (cut) module with frequency range 300 Hz – 6 kHz, boost and bandwidth
• Vacuum tube drive module (on/off): Warmth, Saturation drive, Brilliance for modeling the output amp tube and adding fatness / warmth
• Input and output volume knobs for more/less analog drive (more input = more saturated sound)
